If your doctor notices anything unusual during the exam — a polyp, inflamed tissue, or another abnormality — a biopsy is taken on the spot, so nothing is missed and no second procedure is needed. While full lab results typically take about a week, your doctor will walk you through what was observed during the exam right after you wake up, so you're not left waiting to understand what was found.

The exam is performed in a fully equipped hospital setting, in partnership with one of our trusted partner clinics, by a certified gastroenterology team, with medical staff monitoring you throughout.
