3. No Doctor–Patient Relationship via Website

Use of this website, social media messaging, WhatsApp, or email communication does not establish a doctor–patient relationship.

A doctor–patient relationship is established only after:

  • Completion of medical intake forms

  • Signed informed consent

  • In-person clinical evaluation

4. Clinical Risk & Limitation

All medical procedures, tests, and preventive interventions carry inherent risks.
Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Diagnostic errors

  • Adverse reactions to interventions

The clinic is not responsible for outcomes without prior in-person evaluation.

7. International Patients

Patients traveling from outside Mexico acknowledge:

  • Medical services are provided in Mexico

  • Follow-up care may require in-person evaluation

  • Telecommunication does not replace physical examination

  • Outcomes may vary depending on individual biological factors

8. Communication Policy

Official communication must occur via designated clinic email.

Threatening, defamatory, or abusive communication may be documented and addressed under applicable legal protections.

9. Online Content & Reviews

The clinic reserves the right to respond to public reviews in a manner that protects patient confidentiality and complies with medical privacy regulations.

False, defamatory, or misleading statements may be addressed through appropriate legal channels.

10. Refund Policy

At Euromed, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized medical care. Due to the nature of medical services, all services rendered are non-refundable.

Once a medical consultation, diagnostic service, or treatment has been performed, it cannot be returned, and therefore refunds are not provided.

Prepaid Services:
Payments made in advance secure your appointment, medical time, and resources. These payments are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled or initiated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We understand that plans may change. With sufficient notice, appointments may be rescheduled based on availability. Please contact our team in advance to make any changes.

Unused Services:
If a service or treatment has been purchased but not yet performed, it may be eligible for rescheduling or credit toward another service, at the clinic’s discretion.

Exceptional Circumstances:
Any concerns regarding your care will be reviewed individually by our medical team to ensure appropriate resolution.
