FLAGSHIP PROGRAM · TIJUANA

3-Day Programs

Our flagship protocol is built for people who want clarity fast. Over three focused days, you move through a coordinated sequence of diagnostics, specialist consultations, and, where indicated, same-visit treatment, organized around your case rather than scattered across separate appointments. Every test is chosen for a reason and reviewed by the specialist who ordered it, so you leave with a clear picture of your health and a concrete plan. It's the right starting point for most patients. If your case calls for additional studies once you're here, you can extend to five days without starting over.

The Two Flagship Protocols

Comprehensive Whole-Body Health Review

InnerView 360°

Our flagship 3-day protocol: a full diagnostic panel of labs, imaging and specialist consultations covering cardiovascular, hormonal, metabolic and organ-system health, reviewed with you by the ordering specialist so you leave with a clear, actionable plan. Men $2,600 · Women $2,800.

Everything in the Comprehensive Whole-Body Health Review, plus a full-body MRI for deeper structural screening — every lab, ultrasound, consultation and concierge service carries over unchanged. The right choice if you want the most complete picture available in three days. Men $4,350 · Women $4,500.

What Your 72 Hours Include

Your 3-Day Program runs as one coordinated visit, not three separate appointments. In 72 hours you complete four in-person specialist consultations, an ultrasound of every major organ system, an extended laboratory panel, an echocardiogram and ECG, and a chest X-ray — reviewed together so nothing falls through the gaps between departments.

We check broadly and specifically at once: cardiovascular risk, early signs of cancer, lesions, stones and cysts, hidden (occult) blood, and viral or bacterial infection, alongside an extended biochemical panel (SMAC-30) that flags high glucose, insulin resistance, cholesterol imbalance and kidney function markers. System by system, we look at how you detoxify (liver), filter (kidney), breathe (lungs), pump (heart), and circulate (arteries) — building a picture aimed at preventing cardiovascular events, cancer (especially for women and men over 50), stroke, heart attack, and osteoporosis. For women in menopause, the program also covers menopause management, including bioidentical hormone therapy where appropriate.

Where your case calls for it, you also get access to specialists beyond our core team. We work as a collective with an independent network of certified colleagues across Mexico, not only in Tijuana — so a case that needs, for example, a cardiology opinion is reviewed by someone who focuses on exactly that. Advanced cardiac imaging such as AngioTAC and a coronary calcium score can be added within the preventive program itself, for patients who want that level of detail.

Both protocols are scheduled through your care coordinator on WhatsApp. If your case calls for additional studies once you're here, you can extend to five days without starting over.

The whole approach is built around prevention: we look for everything that could stand in the way of healthy aging and healthy living — catching it long before it becomes a problem.

Comprehensive Whole-Body Health
Review

A Comprehensive Assessment of Your Health — From the Inside Out
Your health is more than a collection of individual test results. Many conditions develop gradually and may remain unnoticed when different aspects of health are evaluated separately.
The Comprehensive Whole-Body Health Review is our flagship preventive health program, designed to provide a broad and coordinated assessment of the body’s major systems through laboratory diagnostics, advanced imaging, cardiovascular and vascular assessment, and specialist consultations.
Over three days, our medical team brings these findings together to create a comprehensive picture of your current health, identify potential risk factors, and determine where further evaluation or preventive care may be appropriate.

What the Program Includes

Comprehensive Laboratory Assessment
A broad laboratory evaluation covering key areas of health, including:

  • Complete blood count

  • Comprehensive biochemical profile (SMAC-30)

  • Lipid profile

  • Glucose metabolism and HbA1c

  • Thyroid function

  • Hormonal assessment

  • Inflammatory markers

  • Selected oncology markers

  • Urinalysis

  • Digestive health / stool analysis

  • Extended viral and STI screening

The laboratory results provide an important biochemical foundation for interpreting the imaging findings and assessing overall health and potential risk factors.

Abdominal & Pelvic Imaging
Comprehensive Abdominal Ultrasound evaluates the major organs of the abdominal cavity, including:

  • Liver

  • Gallbladder

  • Bile ducts

  • Pancreas

  • Spleen

  • Kidneys

  • Abdominal aorta and major visible vessels

  • Urinary bladder, when appropriate

This allows the medical team to assess the structure of the abdominal organs and identify findings that may require further evaluation.

Thyroid & Breast Imaging
Thyroid ultrasound provides a detailed assessment of the thyroid gland and surrounding structures.
For women, the program includes breast ultrasound or mammography, depending on age, clinical history, and individual recommendations.

Women’s Health
Women receive a dedicated gynecological consultation and transvaginal ultrasound to assess the uterus, endometrium, ovaries, adnexa, and other pelvic structures.
The evaluation may help identify findings such as ovarian cysts, uterine abnormalities, fibroids, or other conditions requiring further assessment.

Men’s Health
Men receive a urological consultation and prostate ultrasound, providing an assessment of the prostate and relevant male genitourinary structures.

Cardiovascular & Vascular Assessment
A key component of our Whole-Body Review is an assessment of the cardiovascular and vascular systems.
The program includes:

  • ECG

  • Echocardiography

  • Vascular Doppler ultrasound

  • Angiology consultation

The vascular assessment evaluates blood flow and the condition of the major accessible arteries and veins, helping identify relevant vascular abnormalities and potential cardiovascular risk factors.
Our angiologist reviews the vascular findings together with the patient’s medical history, blood pressure, laboratory results, metabolic profile, and other relevant risk factors to provide an integrated assessment of cardiovascular and vascular health.

Chest Imaging
A chest X-ray provides an initial assessment of the lungs, heart silhouette, and other visible structures of the chest.
Integrated Medical Review
The value of the program lies not only in the range of examinations, but in how the information is connected.
Laboratory results, imaging findings, cardiovascular and vascular assessments, and specialist consultations are reviewed together rather than as isolated tests.
At the end of the program, patients receive a consolidated medical report with clinical interpretation and personalized recommendations, including areas that may require monitoring, additional diagnostic evaluation, or preventive intervention.
A dedicated medical coordinator supports the patient throughout the three-day program, coordinating consultations, diagnostic studies, and the overall medical journey.
One coordinated program. Multiple specialties. A complete view of your health.

InnerView 360°

Advanced Whole-Body Imaging & Multidisciplinary Assessment
InnerView 360° AI is our advanced diagnostic program designed for patients seeking a deeper assessment of their overall health through whole-body MRI, laboratory biomarkers, targeted imaging, and multidisciplinary medical review.
The program brings together advanced imaging and clinical data to provide a broader view of the body and identify findings that may require further evaluation — including changes that may not be apparent through routine examinations.

What the Program Includes
Whole-Body MRI
A comprehensive MRI examination covering multiple anatomical regions of the body and providing detailed imaging of soft tissues and major organs, without exposure to ionizing radiation.

Advanced Laboratory Assessment
A comprehensive panel of biomarkers providing information about metabolic, inflammatory, hormonal, and other relevant aspects of health.

Targeted Ultrasound Diagnostics
Additional ultrasound examinations are performed according to the patient's profile and may include abdominal, thyroid, vascular, pelvic, transvaginal, or other targeted studies.

Cardiovascular Assessment
Cardiac evaluation, including ECG and echocardiography, provides additional information about cardiovascular health and function.

Multidisciplinary Medical Review
The imaging and laboratory findings are reviewed together with the patient's medical history and clinical information, allowing relevant findings to be considered in their broader clinical context.

A 360° View of Your Health
Rather than looking at individual organs or isolated test results, InnerView 360° AI is designed to bring multiple sources of health information together.
The patient receives a comprehensive multidisciplinary report summarizing the key findings, areas requiring attention, and recommendations for further evaluation, prevention, or follow-up when appropriate.
A dedicated medical coordinator supports the patient throughout the program, helping coordinate examinations, consultations, and the final review.

Designed for Deeper Preventive Insight
InnerView 360° AI is particularly suited to patients who want a more extensive baseline assessment, have multiple health concerns, or are looking for a deeper evaluation beyond a conventional preventive check-up.
Advanced imaging. Comprehensive biomarkers. Multidisciplinary expertise. One integrated view of your health.
