A Complete Approach to Understanding Fertility

Fertility is not determined by a single factor.
It is the result of a complex interaction between hormonal balance, reproductive anatomy, and functional capacity — in both partners.

Our Comprehensive Fertility Diagnostic Program is designed to evaluate all of these dimensions in a structured, medically guided format.

Unlike fragmented testing, this program provides a complete fertility profile, allowing for early identification of underlying factors that may affect conception.

Developed in alignment with clinical approaches recommended by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the World Health Organization, it reflects a modern, evidence-based standard of care.

Who This Program Is Designed For

• Individuals planning pregnancy and seeking a proactive evaluation
• Couples trying to conceive (at any stage)
• Patients with previous unsuccessful attempts
• Those who prefer clarity before beginning treatment

What This Program Evaluates

A detailed assessment of reproductive anatomy to identify physical factors that may interfere with conception.

For Women:
• Hysterosalpingography (HSG) — evaluation of fallopian tube patency
• Hysterosonography — detailed uterine cavity assessment
• Transvaginal / pelvic ultrasound
• Antral follicle count (assessment of ovarian reserve)

This allows for the detection of:
• Tubal obstruction
• Uterine abnormalities
• Endometrial changes

For Men:
• Testicular and penile Doppler ultrasound

This evaluates:
• Vascular integrity
• Structural abnormalities that may impact fertility

Hormonal & Endocrine Balance

For Women:
• AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone) — ovarian reserve
• FSH, LH, Estradiol (cycle day 2–3)
• Progesterone (luteal phase confirmation)
• TSH (thyroid function)
• Prolactin

For Men (when indicated):
• Testosterone
• FSH / LH
• Prolactin

For Men:
• Semen analysis (spermogram), according to WHO standards
Evaluates:
• Sperm concentration
• Motility
• Morphology

Important:
Ultrasound assesses structure, while sperm analysis evaluates function.
Both are required for a complete assessment.

For Women:
• Ovulatory function assessment
• Follicular development monitoring (via ultrasound)

Targeted Screening for Underlying Conditions

For Women:
• Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
• Endometrial abnormalities

A More Informed Starting Point

Fertility care is often approached reactively.
This program is designed to change that —

by providing clarity before treatment begins.

This is not a collection of tests.
